Modellnummer 547C. Wenn du mehr Leistung brauchst, aber nicht gleich Mosfet verbauen willst, sind die vom Modell TIP-120 nicht schlecht. Schau auch mal nach den nahen Verwandten der jeweiligen Modelle. Grüße Hey,

unsere Standard-Transistoren im Physical Kurs sind vom Typ NPN im Gehäuse TO-92, z.B. Modellnummer 547C.

Wenn du mehr Leistung brauchst, aber nicht gleich Mosfet verbauen willst, sind die vom Modell TIP-120 nicht schlecht.

Schau auch mal nach den nahen Verwandten der jeweiligen Modelle.
